Each Hourglass Edit runs for four weeks. Same class, same sequence, every week. Why?

  • To overload intentionally—through tempo, timing, and tension

The Hourglass Edit :: 001 >> Wrap & Lift

This beat-driven session is all about cinching and sculpting. Expect a deep wrap through the obliques/side boyd, glute-focused lift work, postural holds, and push-pattern arm sequences designed to tone without bulk.


Set under red light, this class promotes recovery, circulation, and mental focus while creating a moody, grounded environment for deep effort.


Perfect for those who want to see and feel waist-to-hip definition and powerful postural alignment.

The Hourglass Edit :: 002 >> Silhouette Snatch

Designed to balance and elongate, this class is your go-to for inner thigh connection, deep core (transverse abs), and hamstring focus. Pull-pattern arms round out the work, helping to shape and support your silhouette without tension in the traps.


Like all Embodied sessions, this class is music- and tempo-driven, moving to the rhythm under red light to support nervous system regulation and cellular repair.
Expect slow burns, long lines, and major internal lift.

The EMBODY Edit (Signature) >>

The soul of the method. This slower, lymphatic-forward session is less about “toning” and more about deep regulation.


Inspired by classical mat Pilates and layered with mindful hit breaks designed to shift stagnation, this is the class that helps you reset—physically, emotionally, energetically.


This season’s theme is: The Power of Being Unlikable.
