We’re bringing together people who like their Pilates with a pulse and their wellness with personality. Expect a high-energy, low-pressure strength-based (co-ed) mat pilates class set to a live set by DJ Dylan Blair, followed by a social wellness hour with custom drink specials, shots & (B12) shots by Members Health Co, complimentary hour of photostrips with the Outwest Studios photovan — and a few surprises we’re keeping quiet about!!
What’s going down:
– A 50-min co-ed, strength-based Pilates class (all levels welcome) led by Lauren Robinson and powered by the Embody Method
– A 10-min chill down with deep stretching, breathwork, and cold lavender towels
– A Social Wellness Party with electrolyte cocktails, custom shots + B12s by Members Health Co, giveaways, and a full Power Hour menu
– Content-worthy moments: think photo van by Outwest Studios, curated surprises, and a vibe-forward crowd you’ll want to hang with again
– Premium gift bags + local brand activations
– Live DJ Set during pilates by DJ Dylan Blair
